Refund Policy

After the payment for one of our challenge/evaluation programs has been processed, the customer will receive an email containing their account details and login credentials to access their account on our platform. Once this information has been sent, our no refund policy is initiated, and customers will not be eligible for a refund. It's important to note that logging into your account is not necessary to initiate this policy.
